Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and protect your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you want to forward mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else.
